Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. About These Terms
This website, finvo.my, is operated by Rao Tek Sdn Bhd (SSM 202601010737), a company registered in Malaysia. These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. This Website, and Access to Finvo
This site provides information about Finvo, an e-invoicing and accounting product for Malaysian businesses, and lets you ask for access. Finvo is currently being made available to selected participants on a pre-launch basis. General commercial availability has not yet begun, access is granted selectively, and asking for it does not guarantee you will be admitted or create an account or a contract. Access to Finvo during the pre-launch pilot may be subject to additional terms, agreements or instructions provided to the participant. If those terms apply, they will govern the participant's use of the applicable service, and these website terms will not.
3. Requesting Access
If you submit the access form:
- Give us accurate details — in particular an email address you can receive mail at
- We may contact you about access. We will not use your details for anything else, and we will not pass them to anyone for their own marketing
- We may choose who to admit, in what order, and on what basis. Submitting the form does not guarantee access, and we may decline without giving reasons
- You may ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing support@finvo.my
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Submit the form using automated tools, submit it repeatedly, or submit details that are not yours or that you are not authorised to give us
- Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your connection to one
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, or to any part of it that is not published
- Copy, scrape or republish the site's content for commercial use without our written permission
5. Our Content
The text, articles, designs, logos and brand names on this site belong to Rao Tek Sdn Bhd or are used with permission. You may read and share links to our articles freely. Republishing them, in whole or in substantial part, needs our written permission.
6. Accuracy, and Not Advice
Our articles describe Malaysian e-invoicing rules as we understand them at the time of writing. Rules change, and LHDN is the authority on them. Nothing on this site is tax, accounting or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances. If a filing obligation matters to you, check it with LHDN or a qualified professional.
7. Links to Other Sites
Where we link to LHDN, to guidance, or to other websites, we do not control what those sites publish and are not responsible for their content.
8. Availability
We try to keep this site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. This section is about this website. Availability of the Finvo service is dealt with in the terms that apply to that service.
9. Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data collected through this site, and at a high level when Finvo is used, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. As Finvo moves towards general availability, the terms governing use of the service itself are provided separately and are not replaced by this page.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. For any question about them, email support@finvo.my.
